Wine Dinner with Pieropan & Jermann Experts

Explore the traditions of two respected Italian wineries during an intimate, guided wine dinner at Eataly Aventura. This seated tasting pairs a four-course meal with selections from Pieropan and Jermann, led by representatives of each estate.

Guests will hear directly from Dario Pieropan, owner and winemaker of the historic Pieropan winery in Soave, and Riccardo Pizzimbone, Export Manager for Jermann, the Friuli-based producer known for its expressive white wines. Throughout the evening, they will discuss the history of their family estates, vineyard practices and production techniques behind each bottle poured.

The experience includes a curated tasting of four wines paired with a four-course menu, with conversation focused on flavor profiles and pairing principles. Participants will gain insight into how acidity, structure and aromatics influence food pairings, along with guidance on selecting wines for future meals. Tasting notes will be provided to take home.
