Wine Dinner at Edan Bistro on Monday, May 19 features the acclaimed wines of Alma Carraovejas, a collective known for its focus on terroir and sustainability across some of Spain’s most distinctive vineyards. Guests will explore wines ranging from the crisp whites of Ossian to the bold reds of Milsetentayseis and El Anejón, each introduced by a winery representative. Chef Aitor’s menu includes pairings such as White Beans with Calamari in its Ink and Ribeye with El Anejón, served around a communal table in the spirit of Spanish dining traditions.
