The well-being of our guests and talent is of utmost importance. We are committed to providing a clean and comfortable environment for everyone visiting W South Beach. Below are steps we are implementing to keep everyone safe. We will continue to refine and update our plans based on state and CDC guidelines. 

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying. We’re utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. 

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

• For a contactless experience, we encourage the use of mobile technology: mobile key, eFolio delivery and mobile requests via the Marriott Bonvoy app.
• Choice of baggage assistance or personal unloading.
• Welcome, concierge and residential desk sanitation stands are available
• Seating in restaurants, lounges, pools and beach are spaced apart in accordance with state laws.
• Guest elevator occupancy is limited to family members or four non-family individuals.
• Signage posted to remind guests of social distancing guidelines and hygiene practices
• Floor decals will be positioned to promote social distancing
• Plexiglass barriers have been installed
