Blind Tiger was inspired by the speakeasy concept that was born during the prohibition era in the USA. It is a secret place, exclusive, but unpretentious, minimal decoration, where the food is the star.
A sophisticated Japanese cuisine experience but with a modern interpretation, with a quality-driven menu curated to activate your senses and focusing on the food.
