Caviar is the through-line at every stage of the meal, and guests set the pace, from a first-time order to a full seven-course experience.

Executive Chef Carlos Consuegra Graino leads the kitchen, and a Champagne-led wine program curated by the consultancy's sommelier completes the table. The 2,100-square-foot dining room seats 60, with 9 at the bar.
