Embark on The Mediterranean Sushi Chef’s Voyage, an intimate, chef-guided experience where the artistry of Japanese technique meets the flavors of the Aegean and Latin coasts.

Seated at Bargean’s exclusive chef’s counter, a maximum of 12 guests will enjoy a culinary journey inspired by destinations ranging from Santorini’s olive groves to Cartagena’s spice markets. The experience features a series of crudos, sashimi, and hand-rolled creations prepared with pristine seafood, vibrant herbs, and bold Latin accents.

An optional wine and cocktail pairing is available and highly recommended. Bargean’s chef and mixologist have worked together to create pairings designed to complement each course and elevate the experience.
