E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and oversee all hotel sales and catering activities. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, account development, team management, and business generation across group, transient, and catering segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise the Sales and Catering team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize room, banquet, and catering revenue.
- Generate new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and revenue performance.
- Conduct client site tours, sales calls, networking events, and industry outreach.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, marketing plans, and monthly revenue reporting.
- Ensure achievement of occupancy, ADR, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to drive overall business performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and hospitality sales experience.
- Previous supervisory or sales leadership experience required.
- Strong knowledge of hotel sales, catering, revenue management, and business development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
