E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Group Sales Manager to generate group business and drive revenue growth for one of Miami’s most distinctive luxury lifestyle destinations. This role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintaining relationships within assigned market segments while securing group bookings, celebrations, and high-profile events.
The ideal candidate is a motivated hospitality sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new group business opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Conduct site tours and showcase the property's unique event offerings.
- Maintain an active sales solicitation program and follow up on leads.
- Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to maximize group revenue and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel sales experience, preferably in group sales.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with sales systems, CRM platforms, and revenue-focused sales strategies preferred.
