E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences is seeking an experienced Leisure Sales Manager to drive transient and leisure travel business for its luxury hotel and residential brand in Downtown Miami. This sales-focused role is responsible for developing relationships with travel advisors, tour operators, consortia partners, and other leisure travel accounts while generating new business opportunities and maximizing room revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with leisure travel partners, including travel agencies, wholesalers, and consortia accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the leisure travel market.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, trade shows, and industry networking events.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and account performance.
- Collaborate with revenue management and hotel leadership teams to maximize results.
- Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and sales reports.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel sales experience, preferably within the leisure travel segment.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury hospitality and travel industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
- Ability to travel and represent the property at industry events and sales missions.
