2nd Saturday Day of Action: October Clean-Up

Volunteers can help remove litter and care for the beaches and public areas of Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park during the October edition of its monthly Day of Action cleanup. Taking place Saturday, October 10, the morning service project supports efforts to protect local wildlife and maintain the Key Biscayne park for visitors.

Buckets, bags, litter pickers and sifters are provided. Participants should wear closed-toe shoes and bring their own water and sunscreen. Volunteer service recognition letters are available upon request after the cleanup.

The group meets at Shelter B10. Advance registration includes complimentary park entry; otherwise standard admission fees apply.
