Aftercito at Lion’s Den

Miami bass, UK garage, disco house and stripped-back club sounds converge in a late-night takeover by Miami-based DJ collective Aftercito at Lion’s Den inside Fooq’s. Taking place Thursday, August 20, the lineup features JDen, Good JuJu, G. Segurola and Hakuna, with sets moving through deep tech, minimal house and tech house alongside more groove-forward selections.

Aftercito builds its parties around eclectic curation and a distinctly Miami social energy, bringing together local selectors, friends and dance-floor regulars under a shared community focus. For this edition, the collective expands that approach with guest DJs G. Segurola and Hakuna.

Lion’s Den is the upstairs, vinyl-forward lounge at the newly reopened Fooq’s in Little River. The restaurant returned in 2026 after a four-year hiatus, with the new two-story space extending its food-and-hospitality focus into late-night music programming featuring local and international DJs.
