Historic Burgundy wines from Albert Bichot are paired with MICHELIN-recognized Cantonese cuisine in an intimate multi-course dinner at Hakkasan, Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The evening features a curated selection from six generations of winemaking, matched with Chef Matt Chan’s modern interpretations of classic flavors.

Part of the Cellar 1954 Pairing Dinner Series, the event highlights the collaboration between celebrated vintners and Fontainebleau’s signature restaurants, offering guests a refined experience of culinary and oenological artistry.
