Presented by Books & Books and the Books & Books Literary Foundation, the event features Eyman in conversation about his latest work, Joan Crawford: A Woman’s Face, a deeply researched portrait of the Oscar-winning actress and cultural figure.
Drawing from newly uncovered documents and photographs from the Crawford estate, Eyman examines the complexities behind the screen legend's carefully crafted image, tracing her evolution from a troubled childhood to global stardom. Books will be available for purchase at the event; admission is free.
