APOCALIPSYNC

A whirlwind of physical comedy, lip-sync and wildly inventive characters unfolds in this genre-defying solo performance by Argentinian actor Luciano Rosso.

APOCALIPSYNC takes place Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12 at the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center, presented by FUNDarte, the Miami-Dade County Auditorium “Away From Home” Series and the City of Aventura. Known for his viral performances in Un Poyo Rojo, Rosso returns with a one-man show born from the solitude of spring 2020, transforming themes of isolation and absurdity into an exuberant onstage spectacle.

Blending clowning, dance, contortion and rapid-fire lip-sync, Rosso morphs into dozens of eccentric characters, channeling the chaos of the modern world with humor and agility. Part of FUNDarte’s Out in the Tropics series, the performance highlights LGBTQ+ artistic expression through bold, boundary-pushing performance.
