Screamo, melodic emo, shoegaze and math rock converge in an all-ages showcase at Boombox Miami. The concert takes place Wednesday, July 22 at 6 p.m., marking San Antonio band Arranged in April’s first South Florida appearance. Equinox Booking presents the five-band lineup.
Formed in 2024, Arranged in April moves between atmospheric passages, spoken-word elements, distorted guitars and screamed vocals. The band released its debut album, Rooted in Desire, in 2025, followed by the EP It Always Starts Mid Winter in 2026.
Orlando screamo and shoegaze band Soap Box Derby joins Broward math-rock group Bonus and South Florida screamo acts Sana and For Odette. Advance tickets are $17, with admission increasing to $20 on the day of the show.
