Avant-Garde Mocktail Workshop takes place on Friday, January 23 at the Doral Cultural Arts Center. Presented by the City of Doral, the session introduces participants to contemporary mocktail design using fruit purées, modern preparation methods and creative garnishes.
Designed for adults ages 21 and over, the workshop guides attendees through a series of featured mocktails that highlight sensory elements such as color transformation, aroma and texture. Recipes include molecular-style fruit spheres, smoke-infused elixirs and layered drinks that change color when mixed, offering a practical introduction to avant-garde, alcohol-free beverage techniques.
The registration fee is $25 per person, with free parking available at the Doral Government Center Garage. Valid ID is required for entry.
