A pastry competition highlights the precision and artistry behind one of France’s most iconic desserts at a waterfront venue overlooking Biscayne Bay. The Best Millefeuille Pastry Contest takes place Tuesday, April 16 at Pamplemousse On the Bay, bringing together professional pastry chefs to present their interpretations of the classic layered confection. The event is presented by the French American Association of Crafts & Trades (FAACT) Florida Chapter.
Guests will have the opportunity to sample a variety of millefeuille creations while observing how chefs approach technique, flavor and presentation. A panel of judges will evaluate each entry, awarding recognition for craftsmanship across multiple criteria.
Held in an intimate dining setting, the evening also offers opportunities to meet participating chefs and engage with others interested in culinary arts. A complimentary glass of sparkling wine is provided upon arrival.
