Black Coffee: Open Air at the Downtown Courthouse
Dec 06, 2025
Starting: 10:00 PM
A landmark open-air takeover brings Black Coffee to the steps of the Miami-Dade County Courthouse as Club Space presents a special Space Basel edition programmed for Miami Art Week. The Johannesburg-born DJ is known for a deep, percussive sound that blends Afro-house rhythms with atmospheric textures, creating a distinct style that has shaped dance floors from Ibiza to global festival stages.
The lineup features Black Coffee alongside Arodes and Floyd Lavine, expanding the night’s sonic landscape with melodic house and Afro-tech influences. As part of Space Basel’s tradition of transforming unexpected locations into immersive nightlife settings, the Downtown Courthouse becomes the backdrop for one of the week’s standout electronic-music events.
Black Coffee’s international profile includes collaborations with Alicia Keys, Usher, Pharrell Williams, Drake and others, as well as a celebrated residency at Hï Ibiza. In 2022, he became the first African artist to win the Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronic Album for Subconsciously.
This is a GA 18+ and VIP 21+ event. Doors open at 10 p.m.
