Candlelight: Christmas Carols on Strings
Dec 21, 2025
Two performances: 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM
Traditional holiday melodies take on new life in this candlelit string performance set in one of Miami’s most architecturally striking venues. Surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight, audiences will hear familiar Christmas carols reimagined by a live string quartet, offering a reflective and atmospheric take on the season's most iconic tunes.
Candlelight: Christmas Carols on Strings will be held at the Scottish Rite Temple on Sunday, December 21, with performances at 6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The Collins Quartet will present a 60-minute program featuring orchestral renditions of holiday classics such as Silent Night, Carol of the Bells, Joy to the World and The First Noël, along with other traditional carols like Good King Wenceslas and O Holy Night. Doors open one hour before each performance, with seating assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each ticket zone.
The experience is open to guests ages 8 and older, though children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that the venue is not ADA accessible and late entry is not permitted.
