Celebrate ORGULLO

Celebrate ORGULLO returns for its 16th edition on select dates from October 1-16, bringing art, music, food and community gatherings to venues across Greater Miami & Miami Beach. Presented by Unity Coalition/Coalición Unida during Hispanic Heritage Month, the annual festival highlights Hispanic and Indigenous culture while continuing its longstanding connection to South Florida’s queer community.

Sweet 16: Art, Music and Community

Founded in 2011, Celebrate ORGULLO marks 16 years in 2026 with a series of events ranging from a North Miami art reception and an interactive music program to a culinary gathering in Little Havana and an awards gala in Miami Beach. This year’s “Sweet 16” theme reflects the festival’s continued focus on culture, creative expression and community.

Thursday, October 1

Noche de Arte

The festival opens with Noche de Arte at ArtLAB Gallery inside the Scott Galvin Community Center in North Miami. The evening features Cuban-born, Miami-based artist and curator Miguel Rodez, whose multidisciplinary practice encompasses painting, drawing and sculpture. Rodez has also played a longstanding role in Miami’s arts community, including service with Miami-Dade County’s Art in Public Places program. Admission is free with RSVP.

Friday, October 9

Noche de Paladar

Food, music and visual art from across the Caribbean and Latin America come together at El Jardin Inn in Little Havana. Noche de Paladar features food tastings and refreshments alongside live performances by Colombian duo Las Martí, Peruvian singer-songwriter JChris and the Miami Gay Chorus. The evening also includes artwork by Jorge Perez and tastings from participating restaurants including Fogo de Chão and Cafe Bernie. Tickets are $30.

Friday, October 16

Noche de Honor

Celebrate ORGULLO concludes its Miami programming with Noche de Honor at Fogo de Chão in Miami Beach. The annual dinner gala combines dining, an awards presentation and a fashion show while recognizing individuals and allies for their contributions to South Florida’s Hispanic, Indigenous and broader community. The 2026 honorees include musicians, artists, media figures and community advocates from South Florida and beyond. Tickets are $150, with proceeds supporting Unity Coalition/Coalición Unida’s year-round programming.
