An intimate omakase experience at MILA Omakase brings together French fine dining and global influences through a limited chef collaboration. Taking place Thursday, April 30 through Saturday, May 2, the three-night series features Chef Guillaume Galliot of Hong Kong’s three-Michelin-starred Caprice, working alongside the venue’s culinary team to present a specially designed tasting menu.
Known for his refined, ingredient-driven approach, Galliot draws on classical French techniques while incorporating international flavors. The collaboration explores the intersection of his style with MILA Omakase’s MediterrAsian perspective, resulting in a multi-course experience shaped by seasonal ingredients and precise execution.
Seatings are offered twice nightly in a 10-seat, counter-style setting, creating a focused and immersive dining environment. The event is part of MILA Omakase’s ongoing Chef Series, which highlights visiting chefs through short-run culinary residencies. Reservations are offered at a fixed price per guest, reflecting the limited seating and multi-course format.
