Christmas at Mirabella

Coastal Italian flavors and a refined holiday menu shape a relaxed yet elegant Christmas dining experience at Mirabella.

Christmas at Mirabella, offered December 24–25, features a three-course prix-fixe dinner crafted by Chef Michael White. The seasonal menu includes Crudo Misto with bluefin tuna, king salmon and hamachi; grilled hiramasa served with porcini and bone marrow panzanella; and a gianduja budino for dessert. Guests may also opt for a wine pairing or choose from the restaurant’s à la carte selections.

Located at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Mirabella reflects Chef White’s approach to coastal Mediterranean cooking, emphasizing fresh ingredients from both land and sea. The dining room, designed by David Collins Studio, features sculptural, driftwood-inspired columns and expansive windows overlooking the ocean and poolside, creating a setting that complements the restaurant’s contemporary Italian menu.

The result is a holiday dinner that balances seasonal dishes, attentive preparation, and the breezy elegance of Miami Beach.
