Clean Miami Beach: Turtle Tuesday Beach Clean Up

Clean Miami Beach brings its Turtle Tuesday cleanup series to the 29th Street shoreline for an all-ages volunteer event. The event takes place Tuesday, July 14 on the beach near The Miami Beach EDITION.

The cleanup invites volunteers to help remove litter from the beach and dunes while supporting ocean and coastal protection. The event is co-hosted by The Miami Beach EDITION, RELM and ECF Wealth, with partners including the City of Miami Beach, Delta and The Miami Foundation.

Cleanup supplies will be provided, including sanitized gardening gloves, buckets, bags and pickers. Participants should bring a reusable water bottle, wear reef-safe sun protection and consider closed-toe shoes for cleaning along the dunes. A refill station will be available.

Volunteers will meet oceanfront next to the lifeguard tower and should look for the turtle flag. Community service hours are available for participants who arrive on time. Metered street parking is available nearby, with an additional lot at 2660 Collins Avenue.
