Kick off the 4th Annual Creole Food Festival with an indulgent afternoon of bold flavors and cultural flair at the inaugural Creole Brunch.
Happening Saturday, July 19 from noon to 4:00 p.m. at Casa Matilda Steakhouse in Miami Beach, this ticketed brunch experience brings together top culinary talent in a celebration of Creole heritage. Featured chefs include Whitney Thomas, a Hell’s Kitchen finalist known for her Southern-Creole fusion; Chef Thia, a Haitian culinary artist and TV personality; and Chef Javier Basto, executive chef of Casa Matilda and a rising name in Latin-Caribbean cuisine.
Guests can expect a curated menu that reflects the diverse influences of Creole cooking, from French and Spanish to African and Indigenous traditions. This event is part of the 2025 Creole Food Festival lineup.
