Kick off the 4th Annual Creole Food Festival with an indulgent afternoon of bold flavors and cultural flair at the inaugural Creole Brunch.
Happening Saturday, July 19 at Casa Matilda Steakhouse in Miami Beach, this ticketed brunch experience brings together top culinary talent in a celebration of Creole heritage. Featured chefs include Whitney Thomas, a Hell’s Kitchen finalist known for her Southern-Creole fusion; Chef Thia, a Haitian culinary artist and TV personality; and Chef Javier Basto, executive chef of Casa Matilda and a rising name in Latin-Caribbean cuisine.
Guests can expect a curated menu that reflects the diverse influences of Creole cooking, from French and Spanish to African and Indigenous traditions. This event is part of the 2025 Creole Food Festival lineup.
