Divine Dining in Heaven Farm to Table Dinner
Apr 25, 2026
From: 7:00 PM to 9:45 PM
A farm-to-table dinner under the stars celebrates Earth Day and supports environmental conservation at Patch of Heaven Sanctuary in Homestead. Taking place Saturday, April 25, the Divine Dining in Heaven Farm to Table Fundraising Dinner combines outdoor dining, nature experiences and eco-wellness programming within the sanctuary’s forest preserve.
Guests will gather in a meadow between the property’s new-growth and old-growth forests to dine beneath the illuminated Tree of Life, a 125-year-old tree that serves as the setting for the communal meal. The plant-forward menu, prepared by Chef Vera, highlights ingredients sourced from the Redland agricultural region, including seasonal vegetables, greens and mushroom-based dishes inspired by Thai cuisine.
The evening begins with a guided walk through areas of the sanctuary such as the Taste Garden and Buddha Boulevard before the dinner gathering. Following the meal, guests move to a dessert and cacao experience accompanied by a ceremonial fire ritual.
Located in the Redland farming district, Patch of Heaven Sanctuary is a 20-acre forest preserve dedicated to conservation, ecological education and wellness programming. The Earth Day fundraiser supports the sanctuary’s efforts to expand forest regeneration and develop future eco-wellness and nature education initiatives.
