A guided outdoor session at North Beach Oceanside Park combines yoga, meditation and breathwork in a natural setting. Taking place Wednesday, April 22, Earth Day Flow & Meditation offers a structured practice focused on movement, mindfulness and relaxation.
Led by a local instructor, the session includes yoga postures, traditional meditation and pranayama breathing techniques, along with elements of laughter yoga. The program is designed to support physical and mental well-being while encouraging participants to connect with their surroundings.
Open to all experience levels, the class takes place on the lawn in a shaded area of the park. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats for the session.
