Easter Brunch takes place Sunday, April 5 at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami, with seatings at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Held in the hotel’s ballroom, the event features a multi-station buffet alongside a welcome cocktail and bottomless mimosas for adults.
The menu spans a wide range of offerings, from made-to-order omelets, eggs Benedict and artisanal pastries to a seafood raw bar with oysters, shrimp and caviar, sushi selections and chef-attended carving stations featuring New York strip and honey-glazed ham. Additional highlights include a pasta and risotto station, Mediterranean brodo bar, arepa station and a variety of composed salads and seasonal dishes. Dessert options range from French crêpes and liquid nitrogen ice cream to pastries, tarts and a dedicated candy bar.
In addition to the dining experience, the brunch includes live entertainment, holiday crafts, an Easter egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny, offering activities for both adults and children. Pricing is set per person, with reduced rates available for children ages 4 to 12.
