Eric Silberger: Vivaldi´s The Four Seasons

Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons anchors an evening of chamber music pairing internationally recognized violinist Eric Silberger with 12-year-old South Florida violinist Amanda Kobayashi Nunez. Presented by Time & Harmony on Thursday, October 8 at Sanctuary of the Arts in Coral Gables, the concert opens the nonprofit’s 2026–27 season with a program combining performance and musical context.

Silberger, a prizewinner at the International Tchaikovsky Competition and Michael Hill International Violin Competition, will perform Vivaldi’s four concertos and discuss their history, structure and influence on the concerto tradition. Nunez, concertmaster of the Florida Youth Orchestra’s Principal Orchestra and winner of the 2026 New World Symphony Side-by-Side Concerto Competition, appears as special guest.

The ensemble also includes violinists Angela Ramirez and Dorthy Marks, violist Miguel Misa, cellist Sadie Carol, Juvenal Correa-Salas on harpsichord and Time & Harmony founder Vladimir Perez Popov on double bass. The concert is the third Time & Harmony presentation at Sanctuary of the Arts and begins a season that will move from Baroque through Classical and Romantic repertoire to 20th-century and contemporary music.
