Treat Dad to an unforgettable dining experience with a Mediterranean-inspired dinner at ADRIFT Mare, located on the 25th floor of Hotel AKA Brickell. On Saturday, June 14, celebrate Father’s Day a day early with a menu designed to impress, crafted by Michelin-starred "Gypsy Chef" David Myers.
The evening offers a choice of two standout dishes: a 32oz Prime T-bone Steak, complemented with pickled red onions, balsamic reduction, parsley oil and a duet of red shatta and herb chermoula, or a Roasted Whole Lobster, glazed with aleppo pepper butter and served with harissa and tahini sauce. For an added treat, guests can enjoy inventive cocktails such as the Orchid Thief, a blend of rum, banana liqueur and fig-infused Aperol, or the Solento Drift, a smoky spiced tequila creation enhanced with Madagascan maple vanilla.
Reservations start at 5:30 p.m. and are available for $90 per person.
