The brand’s uniqueness lies in its diversity, with each ADRIFT concept offering its own unique take on different global cuisines. ADRIFT Mare is inspired by David’s travels along the Mediterranean coastline with culinary influences from Italy, Spain, Greece and Levant. The space is designed by the award-winning agency, Gabellini Sheppard, and complements the concept with dramatic design features and accents of lush greenery.

ADRIFT Mare offers a unique dining experience inspired by Michelin-starred Chef David Myers’ travels along the Mediterranean coast, with flavors from Italy, Spain, Greece, and the Levant. The Bay Room, the restaurant’s private dining space, can host up to 45 guests for a seated meal or 60 for a reception, all with stunning ocean views. The main dining room is ideal for smaller groups of up to 20 guests. For larger gatherings, a full restaurant buyout is available, offering space for 85 seated guests or up to 200 for a standing reception. ADRIFT Mare serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour, making it a flexible and inviting venue for events at any time of day.
