Father’s Day: All Day Specials & Brunch takes place Sunday, June 15 starting at 11 a.m. Guests can enjoy an à la carte menu alongside exclusive chef’s specials throughout the day. Brunch features $35 bottomless mimosas and spritzes until 4 p.m., followed by a Father’s Day happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. Led by Chef Benjamin Tellez, Chimba draws inspiration from the street food of Lima, Argentine parrillas and the spice of the continent, creating shareable dishes that reflect South American culinary culture.
