A culinary journey of global flavors awaits with interactive food stations and thoughtfully crafted dishes designed to celebrate dads. Father's Day Brunch takes place Sunday, June 15 at Blue Matisse Restaurant inside the InterContinental at Doral Miami.
Guests can explore multiple interactive stations that showcase fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. The seafood station features oysters on the half shell with mignonette, poached jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce and crab claws with mustard aioli.
The live BBQ Station offers picanha, carne asada with chimichurri sauce, slow roasted BBQ ribs, chorizo Argentino and black pudding. Additional options include a Ceviche Station with clasico, rocoto and seafood Ahumado varieties, alongside a Pasta Station serving shrimp fettuccine with Alfredo sauce and cheese tortellini with marinara sauce.
Diners will discover an impressive array of international fusion dishes including assorted sushi rolls, causa tricolor, choros a la chalaca and salmon tiradito. The menu extends to shrimp scampi, honey mustard breaded chicken, seafood paella, roasted baby vegetables, jasmine rice and various specialty salads. Morning classics are also available, featuring freshly made waffles, custom egg preparations, smoked salmon, tortilla Española and a selection of house-baked pastries and breads.
For those with a sweet tooth, the dining experience is completed by an indulgent dessert section highlighted by a flowing chocolate fountain accompanied by chef-selected mini desserts. Younger attendees haven't been forgotten, with a specially curated children's menu offering familiar favorites such as chicken nuggets and mac and cheese.
The comprehensive brunch experience comes at a cost of $65 per adult with unlimited mimosas included, while children aged 6-12 are $30 and those 5 and under dine at no charge. Be aware that tax and service charges are additional. As an added convenience, all guests enjoy free parking.
