A Father’s Day brunch buffet at Edge Brasserie brings seafood, carved specialties and festive desserts to Four Seasons Hotel Miami. Father’s Day Brunch Buffet takes place Sunday, June 21, starting at 11:30 a.m.
The buffet features a seafood raw bar, seasonal brunch dishes, chef-curated specialties, hand-carved jamón serrano and a selection of desserts. Soft drinks, iced tea and freshly brewed American coffee are included, with optional beverage add-ons such as Bottomless Bubbles and an enhanced beverage experience available.
Located above Brickell Avenue, Edge Brasserie blends French brasserie influences with a Miami hotel setting. Led by Parisian chef Edouard Deplus, the restaurant’s regular menu includes French-inspired dishes such as onion soup, Beef Wellington and Dover sole meunière. A 20% service charge will be added to all brunch checks.
