Take in skyline views and a laid-back rooftop setting while enjoying a bourbon-infused BBQ meal designed with Father’s Day in mind. TULUM Rooftop Bar & Restaurant is offering a weekend dining experience that blends comfort food, cigars and 90s alternative rock into a one-of-a-kind celebration.
Father’s Day Weekend at TULUM takes place June 14-15 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and features the “Man Cave Special” prix fixe menu for $45 (plus taxes and service charge). Created by Executive Chef Francisco Merizalde and Sous Chef Damian Hernandez, the meal includes Bourbon BBQ Ribs, Guinness Mac & Cheese, potato salad and a dessert of Bourbon & Vanilla Ice Cream.
On Sunday, June 15, guests can enjoy a rooftop Cigar Roller station and a nostalgic alternative rock playlist from 1 - 4 p.m. A specialty drink menu will also be available throughout the weekend, featuring select beers such as Southern Tier Pumpkin, Guinness Stout and Funky Buddha Hop Gun—for $5 each (plus tax and service charge). Signature cocktails crafted for the occasion, including the Papa Bear, Lazy Sunday and El Padrino, will be available for $20 each.
