Born Taelor Deitcher in Vancouver, Felix Cartal first emerged on Dim Mak Records with his 2009 EP Skeleton before evolving into one of dance music’s most consistent hitmakers. Across albums including Next Season and Expensive Sounds for Nice People, he has built a catalog that balances emotional pop songwriting with polished house production. His breakout remix of “Get What You Give” earned Gold certification, and collaborations with artists such as Kaskade, Lights, R3hab, Tegan and Sara and Daya have expanded his cross-genre reach. A two-time JUNO Award winner for Best Dance Recording, Cartal is known for energetic, melody-forward sets that move easily between radio-ready vocals and peak-time club momentum.

Recent releases such as “Feel Less,” “Right On Time” and “Dancing in a Dream” continue his blend of uplifting hooks and driving rhythms, a style that has powered festival appearances, large-scale pop-up events and headline tours across North America.
