A showcase of harmony and swing highlights the FIU Jazz Vocal Ensemble as part of the FIU Music Festival 2025. The program spans jazz standards, bebop favorites and contemporary arrangements, reflecting the expressive range of the vocal jazz tradition.
Directed by FIU faculty, the ensemble features student vocalists exploring sophisticated harmonies and improvisation while developing their artistry in performance. FIU Jazz Vocal Concert takes place Thursday, November 6 at the Herbert and Nicole Wertheim Performing Arts Center.
