FIU Music Festival: Amernet, Clive Greensmith & Lawrence Dutton

Prepare for an exceptional evening of chamber music as the FIU Music Festival 2024 presents Amernet with Clive Greensmith and Lawrence Dutton on Friday, November 1, at the FIU Herbert and Nicole Wertheim Performing Arts Center. FIU’s renowned Artist-in-Residence ensemble, the Amernet String Quartet, will be joined by cellist Clive Greensmith, formerly of the Tokyo Quartet, and violist Lawrence Dutton, of the Emerson String Quartet, for a performance of world-class caliber. 

The program will feature Luigi Boccherini’s String Quintet in C Major, Mozart’s String Quintet in C Major and Schoenberg’s Verklärte Nacht. This concert is an extraordinary opportunity for classical music enthusiasts to experience these acclaimed musicians performing together in a rare collaboration.
