Feb 22, 2026
Starting: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
A collaborative farm brunch brings two acclaimed chefs together for a live-fire, ingredient-driven experience rooted in seasonality and place.
Ford’s Farm Brunch hosted by Jeremy Ford and Marc Forgione takes place on Sunday, February 22, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Ford’s Farm in Homestead. Part of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s event lineup, the brunch marks the seventh installment of Chef Jeremy Ford’s ongoing dinner series, which centers on collaboration, thoughtful sourcing and open-fire cooking.
The afternoon pairs Ford, the James Beard Award–winning chef behind Stubborn Seed, with Iron Chef and restaurateur Marc Forgione, known for Restaurant Marc Forgione and Peasant in New York. Together, they present a brunch menu shaped by the farm’s surroundings, highlighting locally grown produce, seasonal ingredients and techniques that emphasize simplicity, flavor and intention. Dishes are prepared live over open flame, allowing guests to engage directly with the cooking process.
Set among fruit trees, fields and native plants, Ford’s Farm provides the backdrop for a relaxed yet refined dining experience that reflects Ford’s philosophy of reconnecting chefs and guests with the land. The brunch is paired with curated wines and cocktails and is priced at $259 per person. Designed as an immersive, limited-capacity gathering, the event continues the Ford’s Farm Dinner Series’ focus on craftsmanship, sustainability and shared culinary exploration.
