Discover the intersection of scent and flavor in an immersive workshop that blends the art of perfumery with culinary innovation. Guided by Italian perfumer Patrizio Santocchi, this unique experience invites participants to explore the components and construction of an iconic fragrance in both aromatic and edible form.
From Fragrance to Flavor: A Multi-Sensory Experience takes place on Sunday, June 29 at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. In this hands-on session, guests will deconstruct and recreate a celebrated perfume—such as Baccarat Rouge 540—using essential oils, natural isolates and other professional materials. The workshop culminates with a tasting of custom gelato inspired by the fragrance, offering a synesthetic pairing of scent and flavor as participants smell and taste the essence simultaneously.
The cost is $105 and includes all materials. Space is limited due to small class size. Advance registration is recommended.
