This communal dinner at Essensia Restaurant highlights seasonal ingredients and mindful dining as part of National Nutrition Month.
“From the Fields at Swank Specialty Produce” Community Dinner takes place Wednesday, March 11. The four-course, family-style experience features Executive Chef Giovanni Pusceddu in collaboration with Swank Specialty Produce, a Slow Food Snail of Approval farm in Loxahatchee Groves, and author Ellen Kanner, known as the Soulful Vegan. Together, they present a menu centered on hyper-fresh, nutrient-rich produce harvested at peak flavor, paired with Syltbar Prosecco and fine wines.
Founded in 1996, Swank Specialty Produce cultivates hundreds of varieties of specialty vegetables and wildflowers, supplying many of South Florida’s chefs with sustainably grown ingredients. Set within the hotel’s tropical garden, the evening combines seasonal cuisine, storytelling and shared table seating, offering a relaxed setting for guests to connect over plant-forward dishes in Miami Beach.
