“Harvested at Gratitude Garden Farm” Community Dinner

Enjoy a garden dinner centered on regenerative farming and seasonal ingredients at The Palms Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach. Hosted at Essensia Restaurant & Bar, this Wellness Wednesday gathering brings guests together for a family-style meal inspired by the harvest of Gratitude Garden Farm.

“Harvested at Gratitude Garden Farm” Community Dinner takes place Wednesday, March 25. Executive Chef Giovanni Pusceddu collaborates with the certified organic, family-owned South Florida farm to present a four-course menu highlighting gourmet and medicinal mushrooms, nutrient-dense produce and plant-forward dishes. The evening also includes Syltbar Prosecco and fine wines paired with the meal.

During the dinner, the farm’s owner will share the story behind Gratitude Garden Farm, which began as a personal healing journey and has grown into a five-acre operation focused on regenerative practices and wellness-centered agriculture. Set within the hotel’s tropical garden in Miami Beach, the experience combines seasonal cuisine, conversation and a closer look at the connection between farming, food and community.
