Heal Wave: Exhale

Guided breathwork, gentle movement and immersive sound come together in an evening wellness session at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. Held Friday, October 23, the program is led by Wyot and focuses on releasing tension through breath, movement and quiet reflection.

Part of The Standard Spa’s Heal Wave series, the session is designed as a restorative practice centered on slowing down and reconnecting with the body. Admission is $80 and includes access to the indoor baths afterward.
