The Sanderson sisters return for a family-friendly Halloween-night rooftop screening of Disney’s cult favorite in South Beach. Rooftop Cinema Club presents Hocus Pocus on Saturday, October 31, following three witches resurrected in Salem after 300 years and the group of kids who set out to stop them.
Released in 1993 and directed by Kenny Ortega, the fantasy-comedy stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy as Winifred, Sarah and Mary Sanderson. Though its initial theatrical run was modest, the film became a seasonal staple through television broadcasts and home video, eventually developing a large Halloween following and spawning a sequel nearly three decades later.
Seating options include cushioned Adirondack chairs and loveseats, with some ticket packages including popcorn.
