An ’80s tribute night brings synth-pop, arena rock and neon nostalgia to the waterfront.
Icon Live 80s Party with Rubixx takes place Thursday, March 19 on the Picante Terrace at the InterContinental Miami. Hosted by The Beach 102.7 FM, the evening features South Florida’s ’80s tribute band Rubixx performing a set of decade-defining hits beneath the downtown skyline.
Guests are encouraged to dress in their favorite retro looks and settle in for an open-air concert experience along Biscayne Bay. A cash bar will be available throughout the event. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free with RSVP via Eventbrite; space is limited and a QR code is required for entry. The event is 21+ and dog-friendly for leashed pets.
Icon Live is held every third Thursday of the month, presenting live local music in a relaxed outdoor setting at the hotel’s waterfront terrace.
