Netherlands-based artist JAEL brings a genre-blending electronic set to ZeyZey Miami’s Zaku Stage. The performance takes place Saturday, September 5, at 8 p.m., highlighting his mix of Moluccan folk influences, gospel, soul, electronic production and club music.
Born Giovanni Jael Jano, JAEL is a Moluccan artist, producer, DJ and vocalist known for high-energy performances that move across global rhythms and modern electronic textures. His work reflects both his cultural background and a wide-ranging approach to dance music, shifting between vocal-driven moments, percussive grooves and soulful melodic elements.
JAEL has performed at venues and festivals including Boiler Room Festival, Brooklyn Mirage, O2 Brixton, Bass Coast and Lowlands, with tours across North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. His recent and forthcoming releases, including the EP Motion Sickness, continue his exploration of hybrid electronic sounds. ZeyZey Miami is an open-air cultural venue in Little Haiti known for live music, DJ events, craft cocktails, natural wines and food from Tacos María, including grass-fed, seed-oil-free tacos.
