Japanese street food, crafts and pop-culture vendors bring a two-day outdoor festival to Coconut Grove for the second Florida installment of Japan Fes.

Japan Fes Florida, taking place December 13-14 on Grand Avenue between McFarlane Road and Rice Street, transforms the street into a market-style experience featuring dishes such as yakisoba, takoyaki and sushi tacos alongside artisan goods, anime merchandise and cultural specialties. The event follows the festival’s Miami Beach debut earlier this fall and continues its focus on showcasing a wide range of regional flavors and small vendors.

Running from noon to 8 p.m. each day, the festival is part of a larger series known as one of the world’s largest Japanese food events, recognized for vendors that have appeared in national food and media outlets. Visitors can explore food stalls, browse craft booths and sample items representing Japan’s diverse culinary traditions.
