Key Biscayne Cinema Club Inaugural Screening of Tony
Oct 19, 2026
A screening of Matt Johnson’s Tony launches the Key Biscayne Cinema Club with a film-and-discussion evening centered on the early life of Anthony Bourdain. Held Monday, October 19 at Paradise Cinema in the Key Biscayne Village Chamber, the A24 film stars Dominic Sessa as a 19-year-old Bourdain, alongside Emilia Jones, Leo Woodall and Antonio Banderas.
Set during a formative summer in Provincetown, Tony follows the future chef and writer as he enters the chaotic world of a restaurant kitchen for the first time, experiences that would later shape his career and outlook. The screening begins promptly at 5 p.m.
Following the film, moviegoers can continue the conversation from 7 to 9 p.m. in the back room at Vinya Wine Bar. The post-screening discussion is $35 per person and includes unlimited wine and cheese. The event is presented by the Key Biscayne Film Festival as a spotlight on the Cinema Club’s inaugural program.
