Taking place Friday, February 20 at the Kimpton Surfcomber Miami, South Beach, Las’ Lap Link Up: A Celebration of Afro-Caribbean Cuisine is part of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival® lineup. Hosted by Food Network favorite Kwame Onwuachi and James Beard Award–winning chef Nina Compton, the event invites guests on a culinary journey through the islands — from the fiery jerk spices of Jamaica to the fresh coastal flavors of Saint Lucia and the Bahamas.
