Masters of Fire

Heat, flavor, and culinary showmanship ignite the night as Masters of Fire returns to the sands of South Beach for the 25th anniversary of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival®.

Taking place Saturday, February 21 at the American Airlines® North Venue (on the beach behind The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach), this outdoor experience celebrates the art of live-fire cooking. Hosted by Food Network star Tyler Florence, the event brings together a powerhouse lineup of chefs, each showcasing their mastery of flame, smoke and bold, creative flavor.

Guests can savor expertly grilled bites, mingle with fellow food lovers and take in the festival’s signature beachside ambiance as the sun sets over the Atlantic.
