Miami Oyster Fest

An all-you-can-eat seafood event at the Miami Beach Bandshell brings together oyster farmers, chefs and live programming in support of coastal restoration efforts. Taking place Saturday, May 2, Miami Oyster Fest combines culinary experiences with environmental awareness, highlighting the role of oyster reefs in Florida’s ecosystems. The event is presented by Oyster Reefer.

The program features oysters sourced from regional farms and prepared by participating chefs and restaurants, offering a range of styles and presentations. In addition to the food component, the event includes music and educational elements focused on oyster reef restoration and marine conservation.

Positioned during Miami’s broader Race Week period, the festival introduces a new platform for showcasing local seafood culture while connecting it to sustainability initiatives.
